Summer of Twenty Ten

I've just started my summer holidays for 3 days, since my uni seems to have one busy timtable. So, now I can do things that I won't be able to at school. First is the henna. Not quite the traditional henna. My sister and I wrote quotes instead of drawing the pretty patterns. My sister helped me write it since she's the artsy one in the family.

I love how the words 'happen' and reasons' look. I think it's just how cursive and Edwardian they are. We played with this for a whole night on Saturday. I thought it'd last me 2 weeks or so, but after 2 days, it's already faded . You can hardly see it anymore, actually you won't even notice that it's there if I didn't tell you.

Next I painted my nails. I wanted something fun for summer but not too 'look at me, look at me' and my sister gave me the idea of pudding nails a while ago. So that's what I did. I painted them on 2 fingernails, and the rest just a soft petal pink colour. I think it looks cute, and I've named them Mr and Mrs pudding.

So that's the start of my summer. There'll be more to come.

First things first

Hey,

So starting a blog has been on my to-do list for a very long time. Of course there are many more but I guess starting a blog is a good one to begin with. And here we are.

This blog is going to serve as a record of my life story. It'll remind me of my life, my experiences and my thoughts that I probably won't remember if it weren't for it.

Let's get started.
